How to use the T9's - Reverse Vending Machines
IMPORTANT: Please Do Not crush, bend or damage your bottle and cans. The machine cannot read damaged product.
Our T9’s are convenient and easy to use!
It’s quick and easy to count your bottles and cash in at the Kiosk.
Just bring your uncrushed cans and bottles in, feed them gently into the machine one after the other, quickly, & when you are done the machine will issue a receipt that you can take to the ATM kiosk to scan and get your payment.
If you have over-sized or unaccepted containers… just take them to the service counter and our cashier will sort them and issue another receipt.

DropN’go Service:
If you still prefer CASH…Take advantage of our Drop-N-Go Service.
- Bring your Clean Bottles and Cans in Clear Bags.
- Drive up to the building
- Our Attendant will take your recyclables and give you a receipt.
We will then process your order and call you to pick up the cash. Three (3) 31L Blue or Clear bags or less are are free.
More than 3 bags? The fee for 4th and up is 15% of the order. That’s 15 cents per dollar.
Express Service:
Sign up online at Encorp.ca. Print and affix labels to your bags. Bring your bottles in Clear Bags and Drop them off with our Attendant. We will process your order and your money will be credited to Express your account by Encorp Pacific.
(Encorp Pacific is responsible for your payments. Please contact for any monetary discrepancies)
IMPORTANT:
Please make sure no contaminants are in your bags (see below) Be aware that your account will be flagged and a fee of 25-100% charge will be applied against your order for contamination depending on the severity. Should this occur more than once, these warnings on your account may flag it in the Encorp database for temporary or permanent closure.
We reserve the right to refuse contaminated orders for the safety and protection of our staff and facility.
Contamination is…
Black bags, American or non-program containers, hazardous waste, biological waste, any type of hazard, cigarette butts, needles, non-recyclable items, trash and if the bags are Too Heavy!
Please make sure that you have no more than 12 glass bottles per bag or it will be flagged as too heavy.
If there is anything that our staff and management perceive as a health risk or danger to our facility your order will be flagged.
